Oysters are Doggies that Moo

Pavlina is learning new things all the time. Her current projects are learning colors, and animal noises. Grammy taught her yellow during her most recent visit. Now, to Pavlina, everything is yellow. She has been able to identify a dog since she was nine months old but since dogs are her favorite animals she defaults to them anytime she sees an animal she doesn't know. Her favorite animal noise was "bow wow," until she learned "moo." Now, some dogs "moo," but most "bow wow." Lions "rowr," cats "meow," and according to Pav, oysters are doggies that "moo." Our names are "Gott" and "Yeather," but she just calls us "Mama" and "Dada."

At lunch today, with a grim outlook, I gave Pav a cup of water to drink. She did surprisingly well, hardly spilled, and had a great time acting grown up:

Later, in the blink of an eye, Pav did this:

The vacuum is my best friend. We see each other a couple times a day.
