Fourth of July

After missing Fourth of July celebrations two years in a row due to travel, Scott (and Pav) and I were ready for some impressive fireworks. What better place to see them than on the National Mall? Possibly due to rain, we were able to get prime seats on the Lincoln Memorial less than an hour before the show. From our seats we could see the fireworks on the ground, in the sky and in the reflecting pool. Scott missed most of the show so he could properly document Pav's first firework experience:

A happy crowd awaits the show on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial

Pav and Scott start to get excited as night falls

"Happy Fourth of July"

The Fireworks begin
